Mercury Hydraulics operates a CNC plasma cutting table capable of cutting virtually any conductive metal to precise dimensions — from simple flat blanks to complex custom profiles. Whether you need a single custom bracket or a batch of production parts, we deliver clean, accurate cuts with fast turnaround.
CNC plasma cutting uses a computer-controlled plasma torch to cut through electrically conductive metals with high precision and speed. The plasma arc — a superheated, electrically ionized gas — reaches temperatures exceeding 20,000°C, melting through steel and other metals along a programmed cutting path. The result is a clean, accurate cut with minimal heat-affected zone compared to oxy-fuel cutting.
Our CNC plasma table is programmed directly from CAD files or customer-supplied DXF drawings, ensuring your parts are cut exactly to specification. For customers without CAD files, our team can work from sketches, dimensions, or sample parts to produce the cutting program.

How to Order
Email us your DXF, DWG, or PDF drawings, or simply call with your dimensions and we'll create the cutting program. We can also work from a sample part.
We provide a fast quote based on your material, thickness, and quantity. We stock common mild steel plate and can source stainless and aluminum quickly.
Most standard jobs are cut same-day or next-day. Complex nesting or large quantities may take 2–3 days. Parts are deburred and ready for pickup or shipment.
