Most hydraulic shops either repair what you bring them or order parts from a catalog. Mercury Hydraulics does something different: we design and build custom parts from scratch using SolidWorks professional CAD software, then machine them in-house on the same day.
This capability was born from our Department of Defense roots, where "we can't find that part" was never an acceptable answer. CAD TO CNC IN ONE BUILDING
Our SolidWorks tube routing module designs complex multi-bend assemblies with full 3D visualization and clash detection. The bend data exports directly to our CNC tube bender — no manual re-entry, no transcription errors, no delays.
The same integrated workflow applies to machined parts: model in SolidWorks, generate toolpaths, machine in-house. For customers who need fast turnaround on custom hydraulic components, this is the difference between days and weeks.

Requirements Intake
You describe what you need — dimensions, loads, environment, and application. We ask the right questions to fully understand the problem before opening SolidWorks.
Concept Modeling
We build the initial 3D model and share it with you for review. Changes at this stage are fast and free — parametric modeling means adjustments take minutes, not hours.
Analysis & Validation
Where required, we run FEA stress analysis and motion simulation to validate the design under real operating conditions before committing to manufacturing.
Drawing Package
Final ASME-standard engineering drawings with all dimensions, tolerances, material callouts, and surface finish requirements — ready for our shop floor or yours.
Manufacture
With our in-house machining, CNC plasma, and tube bending capabilities, we can take the design straight from CAD to finished part without leaving the building.
